This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, so there is no cookie banner. The only personal information it handles is what you choose to send through the contact form.
Who is responsible

What the contact form stores
- Your name, email address, organisation and role
- Project type, timeline and budget
- Your message
- Your consent to be contacted, and the time you sent the form
- A salted one-way hash of your IP address. It cannot be reversed to reveal the address. The raw IP address is never stored.
- The short name of your browser
Why, and the legal basis
To answer your enquiry, and to protect the form from spam. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in running a spam-free contact form.
Who handles the data
Cloudflare processes the form for us (Workers, the D1 database that stores it, and the Turnstile spam check). Vercel hosts the website. Your enquiry is delivered by email to the owner's mailbox, which is hosted by Dynadot.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email contact@tharunreddykandukuri.com and we will answer within 30 days.
